GATEWAY TO THE SOUS

Carnet de voyage de Marrakech à Agadir, Maroc. Jacques Bravo

The capital of Souss, Taroudannt , which was imperial at the time of the Saadians masters of the Sahara, is a city difficult to define. At first glance, which is always too short, it is a small Marrakech forgotten by ancient history and little known by that of the present time. A step, if need be, provided you have the dream resources for La Gazelle d'Or. It is not a destination. It is therefore a secret city which does not open up so easily, which is a good reason to approach it.
